Wyatt’s New Custom Dog Tag
We received Wyatt’s new custom dog tag from Sally Harrell. We’re extremely happy with Wyatt’s new dog tag and I think he looks quite proud to wear it.

Happy Birthday Lexie!
Today Lexie is one year old! I can’t believe she’s already a year old.
Here she was when we first brought her home in May.
Of course she looks a little different now.
She still loves to butt tuck in the water.
She doesn’t go anywhere without a ball.
And when she drops the ball she makes really funny faces.
And she loves her new, big brother Wyatt.
Happy birthday Lexie Lu!!! You have brought such joy to our lives.

Happy St. Paddy’s Day!
I hope that everyone had a wonderful St. Patrick’s day. It was a busy day at Norsled; transporting dogs from all over the Bay Area and working the fair.
CeCe, a beautiful Alaskan Malamute that was featured on the show MythBusters, was not adopted at yesterday’s fair. We were all very disappointed by this, as she is a sweet and beautiful Malamute. CeCe was even kind enough to pose for a St. Paddy’s day photo for me.

Norsled Adoption Event on Saturday March 17, 2007
Tomorrow is NorSled Adoption Day at Clayton Pet Food Express. Come on out and meet all of the beautiful Nordic breeds - there are many new dogs up for adoption including the famous CeCe who appeared on MythBusters on Wednesday night. We will be at the Clayton Pet Food Express, 5404 Ygnacio Valley Rd. (at Clayton Rd.), Concord, CA 94521, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Stop by, you may be lucky enough to meet your Prince Charming at Saturday’s Norsled Adoption Event - I was.
I will bring my camera to the event. If you would like a photo of you and your pup, stop on by — Make a $5.00 donation to Norsled and photos will be posted here within a week of the event. For a $15.00 donation I will print photos at the event. Crowns and bunny ears are optional.

Life is Good - Newhall Dog Park in Concord is Open Again
Today was girl’s day out. I took Lexie to the dog park without Wyatt and we had a great afternoon.
Just as we were ready to leave she became enamored by a 7 month old Australian Cattle Dog named Rocky. I haven’t seen Lexie play bitey face under a bench for months, but she was in love. The rest is history. Here is a shout out to Rocky and Rocky’s dad!
